As the topic says , just joined w/ Diamond, and must say was pleasantly surprised how there Customer Service was. The lady taking down my information was having a little problem w/ the computer I believe and was very appologetic which is def. the opposite of other  CS reps. not to mention any names (5Dimes) ,..so hopefully this will be a good sign of things to come w/ this group , a grant one has usefull info on Diamond it would be greatly appreciative and thanks to SBR for what I think is a great site for covering the important stuff

that time of year again when you just dont feel quite as comfortable w/ a local guy as you would w/ an offshore...sitting at work reading up on all the tourney's that are about to break and it just does not seem right picking up a phone ,at work, and saying "hey vinny what do you have tech at , o.k. what is the total again? alright lets go w/"....and your boss walks in .."ahh o.k. yeah I think they might pull it off gotta go talk to you soon" feeling like a complete IDIOT on both sides of the...

I like the idea at 5 dimes w/ the lottery, multiple casino's various teaz all that stuff but trying to talk to one of the people who works in the "customer service" section has to be one of the biggest F-ING jokes there is..anybody have an idea how to get to talk w/ someone that speaks english AND has at least a half of brain...tried to ask for a manager after 15 min of talking to the wall but the female dog on the other end swears she can help,...I end up calling (while on hold) on another phone and the FEMALE DOG answers I said Monica you have me on hold ...uhhh no I dont..what ur acct # finally she say well I will have an answer for you in twenty min...damn sure wish you would have told me instead of keeping me on hold for the past 10 min.... what is worse I am just giving the cliff notes of everything that went on...UN F-ING BELIEVABLE:banghead::banghead::banghead:

about 15- 20 yrs ago (maybee even today) does anybody remember a bet where you could take, say, + 6 points to where you wanted then you had to take negative 6points somewhere else
